« Christus vivit » : He Is Alive and He Wants You To live. New Ways of Accompanying Young People

« Theology » sounds like something distant, intellectual, specific to priests or religious… Nothing is further from the truth! It can be the starting point of a deeper relationship with God, which will manifest itself in your prayer, in the way you live the sacraments… but also in the way you make your coffee in the morning or make a decision at work.

Our course « Theology of the Spiritual Life: Knowing Christian Spirituality to Grow in Intimacy with God » will explain why all of us – you too! – are called to mature in our relationship with God and to let God transform every aspect of our lives.

Would you like to know where you are in your spiritual life, to better understand divine inspirations, to pray in a renewed, deep and intimate way? Come and participate in this course! You will be able to answer these questions and experience a new way of living in the presence of God.

Topics of interest

  • What is a synod? Why a synod dedicated to youth and their discernment?
  • What is an apostolic exhortation? What is its theological and pastoral significance?
  • How can the ‘eternal youth’ of Christ be a model not only for young people, but for the whole Church?
  • In what sense is the world in which we live a sign of hope for the mission to young people? What obstacles and difficulties must be overcome?
  • What are the key elements of the kerygma addressed to all the young people of the world? (God is love; Christ has saved you; his Spirit lives in you and gives you life!)
  • On what paths is Christ calling young people today?
  • How can we ensure the synodal and intergenerational dimension of our mission with young people?
